1) Their sales person, don't even know the product they are even selling, specification also dunno, need to check.
2) Pricing always wrong. Always put there special promo.. then tell you the promo no more liao.
3) They are 1 of 3 shops in BJ area that should not be in business, they are real cheaters. Those shops are:

- Vision Base (Few doors away from Winluck)
- PC Depot (at i-avenue)

I bought a wireless router from them on the most recent PC Fair this year. It was bad from the 1st day. Took the unit back the setting won't work.
Called Mr. Jeff, told him my problem, he told me to go to his shop to claim warranty.
When I went there, he told me that I spoil the unit, so cannot claim warranty.
I mean what kind of shop is this.. when buy time you have the impression that they are very good at it. Guess I was very wrong. Their service suck big time.
