If you just want to do normal service(change engine oil, oil filter) for your Proton car, then this is the right place as they are authorized service center for proton.
However, if you send your car for servicing and later they start telling you your car has problems and parts need to be replaced, kindly tell them you will consider and request them just do the service job.Ask them the estimate for repair for the faulty parts. My advice is drive out and take your car to other workshop for 2nd opinion. Based on my experience, they will try to fix the problem by trial-and-error. Their troubleshooting and fault finding skills are almost non-existent at all. They can do the normal servicing jobs pretty good as per standard procedure given by Proton but not in identifying or analyzing the actual problem of your car. Bare in mind they charge very high labor for replacing parts eventhough you brought your own part from outside. I would say their only plus point is they open on Saturday&Sunday. So if your car is still under warranty and no time to send to Proton Edar for routine service, this is the place to go as the service fee is quite competitive in the market.(Bear in mind sending your car to Proton Edar for repair also another mind-blowing experience if you are unlucky to get one, you can't actually see if the mechanic on duty really change the part as per the job sheet that service advisor had written.)
