SOGAL (M) SDN. BHD. - Kuala Lumpur

I ordered a custom wardrobe in March and until today (August) half of it has yet to arrive!! We were required to make payment before the installation (which we did) only to find that they had not ordered part of the wardrobe. And this was 3 months after the initial order! We were then asked to wait another 4-6 weeks for the shipment to arrive. Customer service is non existent and there have been no calls from the sales department whatsoever. After waiting for the said period we called them only to receive a text message saying the order has not been shipped yet! We have been totally inconvenienced. Unacceptable and terrible service!
