Sunperry after sales services by the Sales Personnel, Weenda is terrible.

Purchased 2 items from Sunperry, Puchong. A coffee table model number C802 and a box stool on 20 Sept. 2014. Official Receipt No. 2508.

The Sales person Weenda who sold the coffee table to me, on 20 Sept. 2014 after she had checked that the item was available, then told me that I need a minimum order quantity [MOQ] for this product on 02 Oct. 2014. This is absolutely ridiculous. I proceeded to cancel my order for the coffee table. It was refunded the following week.

From 27 Oct. 2014, I started chasing for my box stool. However, after 27 Oct., all calls to Weenda went unanswered, sms not replied and I managed to contact Ms. Cyndi Tan, the sales coordinator.

On 06 Nov. 2014, Cyndi told me that they will deliver between 2pm to 3pm. Yet after several phone calls to Cyndi, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, even though I was told that delivery was on the way, it didn't arrive.

Called the manager Philip at 5.00pm, and he sent Sam to deliver the stool at 5.30pm. Sam finally arrived at 9.30pm with the WRONG stool. Thanks to all the SUNPERRY Staffs concerned super efficiencies, I wasted my entire afternoon and evening not to mention the anger and frustration over a simple box stool.

More Design Asia, Timeless Design and Design Haus are offering similar product as Sunperry, I should have bought from either one of them instead.
