It should be no rating for your company . That was just because i cant submit this if i never rate.if can i would like to rate -100.I was angry with all your staffs in the Geoimej which situated in unimas, student pavillion.
Your staffs all are liars and cheaters. For a printer service ,the transportation fees that they charged me is RM 80!!! When I asked why is it so expensive? They told that my printer was sent back to west malaysia to repair ,that is why they charged me rm 80. However, when I brought my printer back and tested, the same problem occur back. I was so pissed off as my printer wasnt fix at all. So ,I sent back to them to ask for repairment again. The staff (I guess) was afraid of me and straight away said will send to Hp service center without charging me again. She looked like she was so wrong. So I guess something has happened. So after that , I have reconfirm with hp center about my printer. They told me that my printer wasn't get repair at all because when they tested , it was fine. So, they released it and ask your staff to collect for it from them. From here, I was so angry and felt I was getting cheated by your staffs. So I did lodge a complaint to hp service center through facebook private msg to their pages. So, for the second time when my printer was ready, hp service center was called to your staff to collect it. It has been days your staff never go and collect for me. When I called to your staffs named Rihana(not sure the spelling but a malay and old lady) was telling me that they din receive any calls from hp center. She denied they getting call from hp.in fact, the call has made few days ago. And the lady was so stubborn and doesnt talk to me in a well manner. So later, I was so so so angry and frustrated, I have called hp center that I will collect my printer by myself. So I have called to your shop, and the old lady answered the phone call. I told her that I will collect by my own.andshe replied me that her cocolleague was on the way to there to collect.do I asjed her to call them back. But she was so studborn n refused to do it n telling me that she was so busy n alone in shop and there is no ways for her to reach them. What a joke was that. Busy? Just a call only.. it wont take much time right? And when I request to get my printer transpotation money back gor at least half she refused and said I cant do so because thats the charge for everyone. Is that so? From unimas to pending hp service Centre, if you use the big car n takes a lot of petrol like xtrail , it costed only rm 10 to 20 fro n back. But what they charged was 8 times ftom that.it was so ridiculous!!! I lodge this complaint here because it was no way to reach the boss for this shop in this shop in unimas. And I have proof on the conversation with me and the old lady. The lady who cheated my rm 80 was Rebecca(not so sure her name but I cnt recogbize her) take sone action and give me an explanation ASAP!!!why they cheated me? Dont think that we student are easy to get bullied!!!!! If no action from you in this week, I will lodge complain to FOMCA. My hp no is ******** ,ms tay.
