Reviews of Water Boss Trading - Puchong

Water boss customer service and maintenances team are terribly very very poor...Since I bought this water filter back in year 2008 or 2009, my first miserable moment with Water Boss begin in 2010 which I have to call them myself many time to service my water filter until I got fed up...Finally in year 2011 (many year after date of purchased) they contacted me to service my water filter after few years they have forgotten to service my water filter due to lost tract record in their system. I'm so frustrated but I still keep it to myself.. This year 2012 again I have problem with water boss company as usual.. The service maintenance officer again broken their promises, today I’ve took time off from my employer because Water Boss customer service has make appointment with me at (9.30am 11 September 2012) but when come to appointment date at 9.30am the service maintenance officer called me up and told me that he is still in Puchong and cannot make it on time unless I willing to wait until afternoon.. Maintenance officer told me to change to afternoon to suitable to his time as he has many appointment and so busy.. Using water boss filter is a worse ever experience in my life time.
