Reviews of Pit Stop Car Saloon

I bought a coupon worth RM68 through the MilkADeal website for a car cleaning service at Pit Stop car saloon. I went to their ss2 branch. Upon my arrival, they checked my car n said that there're lots of swirls n scratches. So they suggested a different service which costs RM 350. At first I was hesitating. But I did some bargain n managed to get the service for RM 300. So the coupon didn't mean anything. Total bullshit. But they managed to remove the swirls though. It took 5 hours for the whole service.

i got a groupon voucher for this service,,this service took place at lorong rahim kajai 14..at 1st when i arrived,they did a check first on the car body..suggesting that the previous scratch needs to be removed,i was charged additional 350 ringgit to remove the scratches..so nevertheless the voucher meant nothing to me..it took around 4 hours to complete the job..later when i returned back home, i noticed there's a deep scar in front under the fog lamp..i suspected the staff have accidentally banged @ scratched using their tool when polishing..i took a picture of damaged area and sent to them..i called also..and guess what..no one picked up or return my call..this is very disappointing service..and also the old scratch is still there..this is very lousy service and this will be my last for them..my advice,do check your car after the service,..entirely..so that it wont happen to your vehicle
