This place is a cheating place. Bought this groupon voucher for 2 people 2 hours full balinese massage for only RM80 valid from 05.09.2012 to 05.12.2012. Try to book for appointment in October 2012 and they try to delay the appointment by saying it's full for the next 2 month (purposely delay until the voucher date is expired). Addition to that their phone number always went unanswered and difficult to reach. Some more their tone is not so friendly after i manage to get someone on the line with that number. They promise to extend the voucher period for me for another month until Jan 2013 and they ask for my voucher code and security code as a condition to book for appointment. So i set my appointment date to 16.12.2012 and give the voucher & security code without any suspision and complain. A week before the appointment date, this centre send a message to my mobile saying that the place is under renovation and need to reschedule my appointment until the renovation is over. They promise via sms will contact us once the place is finish renovation. Try to call the centre over and over again but no one is willing to answer. Since my office is nearby Plaza Mont Kiara, i went over to check and discover that the place already shut down/move. Start to call the number over and over again but it went unanswer. Feel so angry and cheated by this place. I google for the review for this place and discover that a lot of people being cheated as well by this same tactic.

bought the voucher from groupon. The owner of this paloma sucks big time. do not have sense of responsibility. postponed without informing. rescheduled 3 times but at the end, the shop closed for business and moved to another location. when tried to call, they said will inform once renovation completed. what type of business he trying to achieve since provide such bad service. never ever try to buy any package from this paloma anymore.
