Reviews of Tenze Hair Studio - Klang

I and my husband went to Tenze Hair Studio, Setia Alam for hair cut on last Sunday 25 Dec. We had being told by a lady stylish that we need wait for 10-15mins. In the end, we waited more than 30 mins. I had my haircut by a stylish name Faydes Teo. I had told him FEW times that I want to trim only 3 inches of my current hair length and showed him the length on my body. Also, told him that I do not want any layer yet he trimmed layer inside my hair and cut off 6 inches of my hair! I was very angry! These shown that he is not a professional stylish that I ever met as he is not meeting customer needs and wants even satisfaction. My husband had his haircut by Hui Chian. He not satisfied with her skill as she cut uneven hairstyle and not what he wants. Because of this horrible haircuts and bad services, it ruined our Christmas Day!
