OSK VENTURES INTERNATIONAL BERHAD - Kuala Lumpur

In 2000, OSKVI was established as the venture capital and private equity affiliate of OSK Holdings Berhad. On 8 September 2004, OSKVI was listed on the Malaysia Exchange of Securities Dealing and Automated Quotation Market (now known as the ACE Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). Since then, the OSKVI Group has become a well-established presence in the private equity and venture capital industry in the region. In the time since its inception, the group has made successful investments, nurtured, and divested companies from a variety of industries.
