Avoid this workshop. They fix one thing and break another part of your car along the way. You will waste your time and money if you come here.

They are inexperienced at fixing cars and don't know how to take care to not damage other parts. They misdiagnose the problem and make you change unnecessary parts.

Worse still, they will charge labor two times when you come back on the SAME DAY after realising they didn't fix the problem correctly/fully in the first place. Even after asking, they won't give discount for second labor charge. Expensive parts also - very high markup and expensive supplier.

They just want your money and don't have your best interest. Waste of time and money going to this place.

The owner/boss of the place doesn't bother to take responsibility to ensure that your car is fixed properly nor whether his hired workers are doing a proper job. He just is busy making his tea, eating, or sleeping. Not a good sign of a workshop that cares for their customers. He has a lazy, complacent, dismissive character. That reflects on his workers' skill and work ethics.

He doesn't bother to pay attention to the issue at all, what more fix the issue. No matter how you try to reason with him, all he will do is reject what you are saying and say it's not his fault. Like a typical prideful old man, he will say his experience is the best and won't seek to help you. He even gives excuses like "I didn't touch the car, I don't know what's wrong". As a business owner, you should take responsibility for your worker's actions even though you didn't touch the car.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this shop.
