Refuse to Refund Booking Fee Upon Loan Rejection
It was stated clearly in the contract that upon loan rejection from 3 different banks, the booking fee will be refunded in full. However, after providing evidence of 3 loan rejections, the company refuses to sign the refund approval letter with the agency, and planning to keep the entire booking fee. We have a lot of property development companies, and we don't need more sharks like this.
