I wish to make an official complaint. I don't even want to go into the previous bad experiences since many of those were during Modern Beauty management. Just to name the latest, within a month or so, Palace Beauty staff hung up on me 3 times!!
1) I called & called wef 1 July onwards, trying to find out when the salon will reopen. Finally few days later, a staff called me to inform that salon is now open for appointments. So I asked whether there will be any extension to the expiry to my package which supposedly ends 31 Aug 2020 with the shutdown due to the covid pandemic. She irritably said no, & hung up on me.
2) I made an appointment for 1 Jul 2020 (2 weeks ahead during the call above) but there was no forthcoming call to confirm appointment. So I called 2 hours before the appointment time to check whether it is on & was told appointments fully booked. So I asked how come did not inform me so I don't have to allocated my time, she hung up on me again!
3) Today I called to make another appointment, she said I just had an appointment yesterday. I said yes, yesterday I tried to make appointment but was told PIC is on leave. And since I'm only allowed to do only 1 hour sessions due to Covid SOP & my package is expiring, I would like more frequent visits. Had my appointment made, then asked for her name. She said Gigi & immediately hung up on me again.
This is the same Gigi who had been very very rude. There were times when she was trying to sell me packages while my facial is ongoing & I could not respond, she retorted loudly that I was rude & did not respond. They are still trying to sell me package yesterday so it can be renewed but how to do so if each time I receive this kind of treatment? Pay to be rude at??
