upon submitting the claim form, the reply from the insurance company was prompt. they told me to wait a month for the company to process my claim. however, after 36 days, there was no call/letter/email, so i called and asked. the woman was pretty efficient and emailed me the form that night. after i replied with the signed form, there was a reply saying they've received it. however, it's been 14 days and no receipt has arrived. i emailed all the three officers who corresponded with me in and finally, after three days, today, somebody replied saying they've posted the receipt yesterday.
honestly, does it take two months for a RM100 claim?
