Reviews of SEKOLAH MEMANDU HAFIZ - Kuala Lumpur

As Malaysians we tend to find services which is near, convenient and most importantly cheap above all matter. Let me tell my personal experience with this driving school, it's not worth the few hundred Ringgit you save. I've experienced emotional distress, frustration and lost in confidence during my entire time training at this school. The issues as below:
1. Punctuality
- Trainer never arrives on time for pick-up, worse comes to worst you will be waiting 30-45 minutes during each of your driving session day.
- Its a good quality to have for EVERY work-related ethics, punctuality. One can tell by their seriousness and commitment level just by arriving on time or not. The trainer clearly showed his/her (I mentioned this because not one, but both trainers does this) level of reliability and professionalism by making students wait long.

2. Disrespectful & Ignorance
- Imagine your trainer asked you to stop half-way during training, informing there's an important matter to be taken care of and went for a smoke break for half an hour.
- Added with stereotyping dialect and speech of non-muslim during training, it hurts emotionally not because of the way the trainer speaks but because I came from a Sekolah Kebangsaan and I practice good command of Bahasa Malaysia. What I'm dissatisfied of is the trainer's disrespectful of the national language itself.

3. Not Patience & Sarcasm
- I'm not a driving instructor myself but I've worked for many years in customer service related industry (banking, insurance, retail) and I believe patience is one of the quality one needed.
- I've endured enough sarcasm and signs of impatient to cause me to hate a driving institute entirely and thankfully not driving itself. This driving school doesn't encourage students to enjoy and take driving seriously, they will make you frustrated over driving. Driving can never be encouraging with this driving school.

Lessons learned, never go to these kind of driving schools although their package is amazingly cheap. After all, dirt cheap packages is proportional to their level of service. With a few hundred Ringgit, please find a good driving school which actually teaches their students with passion and professionalism.
