Its a Fraud Company, do not trust the company and managers. The general manager is a sadist, he lacks common sense, he make false promises just to get a project, once got project then he wont even bother to reply for emails. He literally takes 1-2 months to reply for certain emails. They speak very good, they project the company as 200-300 people company having many branches, actually there are about 40-50 people. They tell stories very nicely to impress clients and fool them easily. They hire freshers, give fake experience and send to clients place. A MCA fresher will earn about 9000 Ringet for company, but compnay pays just 1800 Ringets to him. They don't even have a proper office, they have just 2 PC's and 1 printer in working condition. Please think twice before you invite them for project discussion and visit KISL office to ensure the standards. Wish you all good luck and stay away from this company.
