Healthcare costs have become increasingly expensive and, in some cases, unaffordable for people all over the world. This has had a negative impact on the competitiveness of countries in the South East Asia region. To address this problem, we have developed a new primary healthcare ecosystem that bridges the gap between academics, primary healthcare practitioners, and consumers. This platform collects and integrates data such as personal genome profiles, clinical data, and lifestyle data, and uses this information to design personalized preventive healthcare solutions. These solutions can be implemented and monitored by practitioners, and by doing so, preventive healthcare can be up to 100 times more cost-effective than treatment costs. Finally, the platform implements a reward system that is based on "outcome" rather than "process provider".
