KIP Real Estate Investment Trust - Kuala Lumpur

KIP Real Estate Investment Trust (KIP REIT) is a portfolio of six community-oriented malls positioned in affluent suburban areas in Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Selangor. As of June 30, 2020, the total assets under management amounted to RM841.8 million. Following the successful acquisition of AEON Mall Kinta City in July 2019 since its listing, KIP REIT has further broadened its reach to the Northern state of Perak. The main objective of KIP REIT is to provide unitholders with a steady and consistent income distribution via investments in retail-centered real estate and related assets that generate sustainable income and capital growth.
