For the past four years, Akademi Usahawan Mikro (Malaysian Micro Enterprises Academy) has been providing business development assistance to around 10,000 Micro Entrepreneurs through our various entrepreneurship programs. One of the biggest hurdles they face is becoming digitized and using online platforms as their main marketing tool, since 70% of SMEs in Malaysia and ASEAN don't have any web stores. Our solution, Digasto.com, makes this process easy by connecting with their Facebook Page and automatically building a beautiful web store in seconds. No technical skills are needed! Since mid-2018, we have made USD 24,000 in revenue from our existing clients who have subscribed to this service.

Our main focus is Malaysia, where there are 630,000 established businesses without web stores.

We have also been contacted by potential partners from three other countries -- Indonesia (59 million SMEs), Thailand (3 million SMEs) and Kazakhstan (1.146 million SMEs). We plan to expand our market to these countries, and our goal is to reach 3,000 SMEs in Malaysia and ASEAN countries this year, which would bring us USD 1.2 million in revenue by the end of 2019.
