Sentral REIT, formerly known as Quill Capita Trust and MRCB-Quill REIT, debuted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 8 January 2020. On 11 January 2021, it underwent a rebranding exercise and changed its name to Sentral REIT. The trust provides its unitholders with the chance to benefit from the growth of the commercial property market in Malaysia. The trust's portfolio currently consists of 10 properties in the Klang Valley, Cyberjaya, and Penang. Its operations are governed by its trust deed as well as applicable securities laws, the SC’s Guidelines on Listed REITs, the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the rules of the depository and relevant taxation laws and rulings.
