PBA Holdings Bhd. is a public limited company that provides water services in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Founded in 2000 and listed on the Malaysian Bourse in 2002, PBA Holdings Bhd. mainly focuses on water supply. Its primary subsidiary, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd (PBAPP), is the licensed water operator for Penang. PBA Holdings Bhd. also owns two other 100% subsidiaries, PBA Resources Sdn Bhd (PBAR) and Island Springwater Sdn Bhd (ISSB). PBAR manages the Penang Water Services Academy (PWSA) and the Air Itam Teambuilding Centre (AITC), while ISSB is a drinking water bottling and marketing company. Additionally, the company holds a 26% stake in the joint-venture Pinang Water Limited (PWL) with Ranhill Technologies Sdn Bhd and YLI Holdings Bhd, whose China subsidiary supplies treated water to Yichun City in China.
