Reviews of Orient Record Co. - Kuching

I will never visit this store anymore, i was emotionaly humiliated by their staff, mainly the old man driver (without teeth), mid 20's boy and a senior saleswoman are very very very rude, they not only teased me just because i insisted to exchange the product i have just paid, from what they showed me to a newer in stock, but also shouted at me in front of other customers. The owners after realizing it also not customer oriented. The owner pushed me to leave instead, rather than confronting his staff (old man driver) to behave. The old man driver kept mumbling at me and cursed puk***k when i walked out of the shop. I will consider taking legal action on this old man driver.
There are plenty other electrical shops around there that can bargain and serve customer better than this shop. This will be my first and last to purchase from this store.
