A music school which is grossly overpriced & take advantage of it's student/parents.
Dishonest business practise. Will inform you first time trial class & will try not to honour it by giving thousand & one excuse. However, if you fight back, may be able to get the first trial free. So, unfair business practise.

RM200/hour for certain teachers. All time slot back to back not even 1 min gap. Will change teacher as they like whether you like it or not & at the mercy to increase price when there are more demands when you can't get any suitable teacher. A tutor without much experience is at RM120/hour. Price increase from RM80/hour to RM120.

If you are someone with a title, they will lick you. If not, they will ignore you and change time slot as they deem fit without prior notice.

Esther the principal is a woman without business ethics. She used to teach group violin even though she cant play violin. Ludicrous!

See consumer tribunal, heard that someone sued them & won.
