Reviews of KFC (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd - Kuching

Never I complaint about KFC but this is the first time. I am one of your customer always patronising kfc either in Kuching or elswhere in Swk. But today in Betong, the snack plate I order is worst. The drumstick are dried and not fresh. As if being fried over n over. The presentaion also looks dull and boring. I lost my appetite once I have that drumstick in my mouth. Felt worthless paying rm15.49 when being served a dried and tasteless food. It looks like a fried taufu..tasteless too. Usually the chicken meat are juicy and tasty. But here in Betong..terrible.

saya regular customer kfc,for a few day,saya order kfc di apps food panda,KFC sri aman tidak menyediakan menu combo meals dan box meals,ini tidak sepatutnya terjadi kpd fast food restaurants,saya boleh terima jika order saya lambat disiapkan,tapi saya kecewa dengan service sebegini..
adakah Manager dan staff KFC Sri Aman tidak mahu berkerja dan tidak mahu keuntungan untuk restaurant mereka?
Saya order KFC by Food Panda apps sebub mudah untuk saya bagi instructions seperti extra sauce,or request chicken part,and more menu option put on KFC Food Panda apps,but this time abit suck for this kind of service.
Please fix this problem, I'll been manage other big franchise restaurants before,i manage to handle 30k sales a day without any complaints,but this KFC Sri Aman sales satu hari probably less than 10k,its it impossible to keep good service and quality?
Please fix this issue,i will complain again if this issue happen again.
