I stayed at one of the properties owned by Leisure holidays at Puncak, Indonesia. the condition is horrible and when you signed up for this time share you hope to be able to use RCI membership where you get to exchanged your night stay. Unfortunately very often they do not have the rooms for you to exchange and their location is very far away. despite booking 10 months ahead i could not get any accommodation in Paris. The cost is not worth it. annual membership of lesiure holidays @ RM438 and yearly RCI membership @ SGD150 and you need to pay for exchange fees of SGD388 for 7 nights for Europe. therefore approx RM1750 yearly if you travel to europe which cost RM250 a night. You could actually get a 2 star hotel for such cost. Not worth investing the time sharing membership if their own properties are not properly maintained.
