Do not get con by this company. Send my machine for repair due to fax function faulty. They took 4 weeks time to get back to me after I kept on asking for update. The worse thing is issue was not solve but created another issue while they still need you to pay for service fee. My printing function can't use which is in good working condition before the machine send to them. Asked them on why the printing function can’t work suddenly and the reason given is because the machine is 'like that'. What an irresponsible company and the person who gave me the answer is the BOSS. Tried to ask the boss whether he checked on the machine and he will gave you different answers after you ask him several times. Initially he said he check it personally, second time he said he send to third party for service directly without check it because they are not simply open up the machine, third time he said he called to third party support and understand the parts is expensive so return the machine to me directly. It clearly shows that they are not honest. Beware of this company which con consumers!!
