Job vacancy Sr. Endpoint Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and securing our organization's endpoint infrastructure. As a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and managing various security solutions to ensure the protection of our endpoints. This role requires a strong technical background in security technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

·      Support and troubleshoot existing security tools, including antivirus, virtual patching, privilege identity management, hardening, DLP endpoint, email, and web protection.

·      Provide day-to-day operational support for security endpoint solutions, handling requests, incidents, hands-on tasks, and enhancements.

·      Provision, configure, and administer security endpoint solutions.

·      Identify, protect, detect, respond to, and recover from any threats detected across security endpoint solutions.

·      Establish and enforce comprehensive security endpoint policies based on best practices and demand to ensure security.

·      Manage vendors for technology refresh, explore new features, and provide support for security endpoint solutions.

·      Ensure compliance with security tool updates, including signatures/definitions and tool versions for servers and PCs.

·      Compile and report progress status, ensuring up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs).

·      Provide regional support for endpoint security tools and consolidate efforts.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree

·      5 years of networking related experience such as network design, analysis, or network management

·      5 years of experience in network security including design, analysis and IT security network management.

·      Good English communication skills

·      Prior experience in Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.

·      Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
