Position : E-commerce Specialist - Campaign

Tenure: 1 year contract renewable basis

Working Location : Sunway Pinnacle

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM6500 - RM9000

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage workflow optimization through automation.
• Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow.
• Address workflow/queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement.
• Maintain client platform's store content (titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications.
• Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of E-commerce operations experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in seller center operations, SKU hygiene checks, and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and CMSs like SFCC, Magento, Shopify.
• Ability to maintain store content per client specifications and optimize workflows through automation.
