Job vacancy Finance Associate - Payment

Ensures accounts payable processing is in line with all aspects of compliance and relevant responsibilities in the Finance Shared Service Center process model by 1) verifying calculations, 2) checking or allocating codes, 3) checking or obtaining information for incorrect of incomplete documents and 4) establishing and maintaining accounting and fiscal policies and controls.

• processing payments
• processing inter company's billing/netting/settlement
• perform invoice offsetting and bank recon after successful payment
• attend to enquiries from stakeholders
• verifying calculations
• checking or allocating codes
• checking or obtaining information for incorrect of incomplete documents
• establishing and maintaining accounting and fiscal policies and controls
• invoice processing
• tracking on open PO and GRN
• processing inter company's billing
• month end closing activities and reporting
• involvement in system migration's matter
• coordinate and collaborate with the team members to identify root causes and work on counter-measures to resolve the issue accordingly.
• continuously looking for improvements in the AP process and management of AP initiatives and drives improvement projects

The Successful Applicant

• Ambitious to grow to senior level
• Candidate must possess at least Degree / Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• 1-5 yrs of relevant working experience
• Able to read and converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
