Job vacancy Senior Tax Manager

You will in be in charge of

• Manage and oversee the overall tax compliance matters of the Company which includes corporate tax (including withholding tax), indirect tax (including export & import), transfer pricing.
• Manage, oversee and review the entity's tax provisions including deferred tax and statutory reports.
• Understand the business and provide tax insights and guidance.
• Proactively identify and address tax implications in every aspect of business to minimize the tax risk/ loss to the Company.
• Provide assessment and support of key business initiatives as well as evaluate current tax structure for planning opportunities which could deliver value to the Company.
• Maintain and strengthen internal (i.e. Head of Department) and external relations (Tax Consultants/ agents, external auditors, tax authority, customs and other regulatory bodies).
• Keep abreast of latest tax developments and impact of new tax laws, regulations and rulings.
• Coach and develop team members.

The Successful Applicant

You will be suitable for the this role if you

*Have at least a bachelor degree

*Have experience in comercial and big4 sector

*Have experience in a tax role

*Have experience working in an audit firm

*Have experience managing a team
