- Ensure day-to-day activities are coordinated and attended to in a timely manner
- Maintain strong coordination with support groups, vendors, project teams, and other regional stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and milestones to relevant parties.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is a plus.
- Exposure to working with counterparts internationally
