The Digital Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve the marketing goals and objectives. The key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement in B2B context
• Building up the digital processes for lead generation in the regional markets
• Collaborating across functions to deliver an effective marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
• Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaign effectiveness
• Monitoring website analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions
• Coordinating paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, LinkedIn and affiliate networks
• Working closely with counterparts and agencies to ensure the delivery of the digital marketing strategies
• Localising the digital marketing strategies based on the global direction

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate shall have 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B industry. Other requirements include:

• In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms for lead generation purposes
• Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present reports on digital marketing performance
• Excellent project management skills to handle campaigns and managing the budgets effectively
• Innovative and creative in crafting digital marketing strategies
