Job Description:

· Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;

· Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;

· Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks;

· Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management);

· Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies;

· Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group;

· Liaison with different departments to assist on the company’s operations

· Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc;

· Provide support to the various business unit of the group; and

· Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

· Possess Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.

· Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage

· At least 2 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC’s.

· Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.

· Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.

· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
