Job vacancy Senior Executive- Information Technology

• Planning, designing, and executing IT infrastructure solutions, encompassing network architecture, server configurations, storage solutions, and cloud computing environments
• Offer initial troubleshooting and assistance for hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, CCTV, and telephony systems.
• Efficiently oversee company assets and inventory management.
• Deliver effective support for system application software, with recommendations for enhancing operations to meet current and future business needs.
• Provide end-user support, including training and technical assistance for new systems.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience in the retail industry is highly valued and advantageous.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, stock management, and inventory management is essential.
• Proficient in computer hardware, servers, networking, and business applications (e.g., POS systems, SAP, e-commerce), as well as interfaces and IT security protocols.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure such as servers, networking, firewalls, POS systems, and backend solutions is beneficial.
