Job vacancy Finance Manager

• Responsible for all-round finance and accounting function including but not limited to financial and management reporting, tax, annual audit, financial planning and analysis.
• prepare and manage optimum cash flow
• Strong Financial controls and Compliance - Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax law and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyse financial and management reports.
• Involve with annual forecast and budgeting
• Inventory management
• Audit management and preparation of audit work papers, including review of annual Statutory Accounts.
• Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.
• Act as an advisor to internal stakeholder with regards to all Finance related matters.
• Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

The Successful Applicant

• Accounting degree or qualification in ACCA / Chartered.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably from retail background.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues and customers.
• Determined self-starter.
• Strong financial skills and ability to organize and manage team for optimum efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to produce meaningful financial analysis to guide business decision making and influence others at senior level.
