Job vacancy HR Business Partner

  Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating on HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• 
  
  Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• 
  
  Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• 
  
  Support organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions, and manage associated employee transition processes.
• 
  
  Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.
• 
  
  Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• 
  
  Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers and employees.
• 
  
  Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 7 years in an HRBP.
• 
  
  Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• 
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• 
  
  Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• 
  
  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
