Job vacancy HR Manager

• Provide support as a business partner with strong strategic management for local management, HQ, and RHQ.
• Take charge of the recruitment process and devise new strategies to attract and retain top talents.
• Analyse and monitor resourcing needs, overseeing annual headcount planning.
• Supervise accurate and timely payroll processing for all staff.
• Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws and regulations pertaining to payroll.
• Manage employee welfare and benefits.
• Develop and implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations
• Identify training needs to enhance employee performance and career advancement.
• Supervise official administration and office upkeep.
• Manage operations related to expatriates' assignments.
• Act as a primary contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual HR programs
• Prepare monthly reports for HQ & Regional HQ.
• Undertake any other projects assigned by Corporate HQ or as per business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in HR management/Business or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience within relevant HR background
• Retail, Beauty or FMCG candidates are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Outspoken with strong leadership qualities.
