  • Recruitment and Selection:
    • Tasks involve crafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and finalising hiring decisions. HR managers may oversee the entire recruitment process from initiation to completion.


  • Employee On-boarding and Departure:
    • Responsibilities include facilitating seamless transitions for new hires through orientation programs, clarifying company policies and procedures, and managing documentation. Likewise, overseeing exit procedures and conducting exit interviews when employees depart.


  • Policy Development and Execution:
    • Engaging in the creation of tailored HR policies and procedures, encompassing areas such as compensation, benefits, performance assessment, and employee conduct. Ensuring consistent enforcement and implementation of these policies across the organisation.


  • Employee Relations and Cultivating a Positive Work Environment:
    • Serving as a liaison for employees to address grievances or conflicts, mediating disputes, and fostering a conducive work culture. Implementing the core values and principles of our company among employees.


  • Talent Retention and Development:
    • Identifying strategies to retain talent, providing mentorship to colleagues, and promoting opportunities for professional growth among employees. This may involve both technical skill enhancement and soft skills development.


  • Payroll and Benefits Management:
    • Overseeing payroll functions, which include salary calculations, deductions management, and adherence to tax regulations. Managing employee benefits packages, such as health insurance and retirement plans.


  • Legal Compliance:
    • Staying abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements. This encompasses areas like labour laws, anti-discrimination statutes, and occupational health and safety regulations.


  • Performance Oversight:
    • Implementing performance evaluation frameworks to assess employee performance, delivering feedback, and aiding in goal setting. Developing strategies to enhance employee performance and address any shortcomings.


  • HR Data Handling:
    • Maintaining accurate employee records encompassing personal information, work history, performance evaluations, and training data. Ensuring data security and confidentiality.


  • HR Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generating HR reports detailing vital metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and workforce diversity. Analysing trends to provide insights for senior management decision-making.
  • The Successful Applicant
    • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in HR management, business or in a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in relevant HR background.
    • Able to be versatile, good at multitasking and familiar in handling huge volume of tasks.
    • Has the capability to mentor a small team.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
