  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and drive informed decision-making.


  • Strategic Financial Management:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
    • Provide financial insights and guidance to support business expansion, investment decisions, and new market opportunities.
    • Assess and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and controls.


  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws.
    • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to address financial reporting and compliance matters.


  • Capital Management and Financing:
    • Manage capital allocation decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures, to optimize returns and support strategic priorities.
    • Evaluate financing options and structures to maintain adequate liquidity and capital resources.
    • Monitor capital markets and economic trends to assess their impact on the organization's financial position.


  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, train, and retain top financial talent to support the organization's growth and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance in financial negotiations, contract reviews, and strategic partnerships.
  • The Successful Applicant
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or equivalent for minimum 10 years
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles and practices.
    • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and capital allocation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive organizational change.
    • Sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
