Job vacancy Cloud Network and Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and provide support for advanced features and capabilities of next-generation cloud firewalls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and deploying public cloud network architectures across platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Maintain, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot various components of cloud network and security infrastructure, encompassing hybrid cloud connectivity, firewalls, load balancers, Site-to-Site and remote client VPN setups, as well as intrusion prevention and detection systems.
• Foster collaboration with security and infrastructure teams to ensure the implementation of uniform technical solutions and support procedures.
• Offer assistance with on-call support as required.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Certified in at least one of the leading Cloud Service Providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Direct experience with firewalls, preferably Palo Alto firewalls.
• Commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies through formal training and self-learning.
• Proficient in English, both in verbal and written communication.

Preferred

• At least 2 years of professional experience, with a preference for 1 year focused on cloud technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting network and security issues within cloud environments.
