Responsibilities:

Job Descriptions

- Project Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation for clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Plan, prepare, and execute system installations, both hardware and software, as per project requirements.

Conduct thorough Testing & Commissioning processes to ensure system functionality and performance.

Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance activities to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of integrated systems.

- Digital System Integration Promotion:

Assist in promoting our company's Digital System Integration solutions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our products.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Respond to customer emergency calls and ad-hoc requests promptly, addressing any unforeseen system errors or breakdowns at customer manufacturing sites.

Swiftly identify the root causes of system issues and provide effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Product Delivery and Commissioning:

Assist in product/system delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

- Cross-Functional Support:

Willingly assist in cross-functional works as assigned by superiors, Heads of Departments (HODs), or the Director to ensure smooth project execution and optimal customer satisfaction.

Ad-hoc Activities:

Be open to supporting and participating in ad-hoc activities and projects as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
