Job Overview

As Japanese Speaking Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts for office and commercial spaces with Japanese clients or team members. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients, leading the design process from conceptualization to completion, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Stay current with design trends, products, and materials, integrating them into innovative design concepts for office and commercial spaces.
• Provide comprehensive design consultation services to clients, collaborating closely to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Take charge of design, drafting, and conceptualization, producing design presentations, perspective drawings, and construction drawings in accordance with client specifications.
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the client's aesthetic and functional requirements.

Requirement

• Possession of or currently pursuing a professional certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or an equivalent field.
• Required skills: Proficiency in 3Ds Max (Preferable), MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant 3D software.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Responsible and passionate about interior design.
• Proficient in creating 2D and 3D perspective drawings.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
• JLPT N3 above

Salary details: RM5,000 – 8,000 (Based on experience)
