• Continuously evolving the procurement operating model in order to meet the requirement of end users.
• Analyzing effective strategy to maximize the operational activity.
• Leading global steering committees in identifying any risk associated within the operations.
• Managing all procurement help needs across local and global region.
• Providing coaching and support to ensure the teams are well equipped with the right set of tools.
• Managing and allocating resources accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• Significant organizational leadership experience
• Experience collecting and driving transformation through industry best practices
• Very strong communication skills
• Senior Level Leadership (or equivalence) experience
• Broad based S2C and P2P system experience
• Seasonal procurement experience across Sourcing and Category
• Experience leading high complexity projects.
