Our client is seeking a business support manager to lead our Salesforce development team. If you have a strong background in Salesforce development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence, we want to hear from you.

Functions :

1. Operational Oversight:

• Provide comprehensive operational support to various business functions.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Ensure alignment of business support activities with organizational goals and objectives.

3. Project Management & Change Management:

• Manage and coordinate various projects within the organization.

• Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

4. Policy Development and Implementation:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business operations.

• Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

5. Vendor Management:

• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.

7. Training and Development:

• Develop training programs to enhance the skills of business support staff.

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.

8. Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks to business operations.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in application support

• 3+ years of experience and demonstrated ability with application administration and/or development in Salesforce.com (Force.com, APEX coding, Lightning Web Components)

• Experience in IT support and Business application. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to adapt to new work assignments, flexibility, and willingness to work effectively in a cross-functional setting
