Responsibilities:

1. Receive and Resolve day to day enquiries on all areas within the agreed Turn-Around Time

2. Review Outstanding, Unresolved Client Issue. Follow up, coordinate and collaborate with Internal Team & Client for appropriate action and resolution

3. Approach all issue raised by client and escalate if necessary

4. Maintain excellent service standards to meet client expectations

5. Staying up to date with market trends and client preferences

6. Organize regular client meeting/review to obtain feedback on KFIN Service standards

7. Coordinate client visit & attend to client event as and when required

8. Build Rapport with client to foster strong relationship

9. Encourage and Instill positive environment and providing excellent level of service & support to clients and colleagues

10. In support with climate change & adaptation mitigation framework, we are to continuously evaluate the existing process and to constantly look for an improvement/enhancement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any studies.
• Required language(s): English & Malay
• At least 2 years years of related experience in fund management/banking industry
• Must be able to work in KL.
