Remuneration:RM4,000-RM6,000

Responsibilities:

· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

· Manage negotiations with QS and Procurement

· Build and establish long term relationships with customer

· Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

· Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

· Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

· Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

· Able to present in front of a crowd and a friendly demeanour

· Basic knowledge in Excel

· AutoCAD knowledge is an added value

· Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least SPM or tertiary level of education

· Min 3 years and above in the Interior Construction industry; with glazing partition knowledge is an added value

· Good tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and Malay
