Job vacancy HR Service Delivery Specialist

• Manage employee records and ensure employee data accuracy
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents.
• Review time sheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, and policy updates.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations, HR generalist or relevant experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in mandarin as you are required to support China stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, startup company or in a rapidly growing organization.
• Experience in HR project management is considered an added advantage, particularly for process enhancement projects where the identification of gaps and implementation of improvements are crucial.
