Position : Purchasing Executive ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure : 1 year Contract

Working Location : Bukit Mertajam

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM 3000 - RM 3500

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze situations accurately and develop effective courses of action related to purchasing and product return processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to manage logistics, inbound shipments, and continuity of supply updates.
• Place purchase orders for various goods, services, and materials.
• Proactively manage aged inventory and take preventive actions to minimize costs.
• Manage the performance of business partners and ensure accurate completion of purchasing documentation.
• Communicate lead times and delivery schedules to relevant departments.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience working with procurement software or ERP systems.
