  • Developing recruiting and sourcing strategies for shared service roles. This will include direct sourcing, job posting optimisation, agency and 3rd party vendor management, recruiting marketing channel development, job board management and other talent management initiatives.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs to support the development of IT shared services.
  • Developing and managing processes for volume talent sourcing, assessment, interviewing and offers.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador supporting employment marketing initiatives, referral programmes and university relations for the local region.
  • Effectively partner and manage external agencies and vendors, driving performance and capabilities to ensure successful relationships and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practice recruiting policies and processes, that will contribute to a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Ensuring we do what's right in terms of local market legislation throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Capturing, inputting relevant data and managing the talent acquisition reporting to showcase our quality, cost and time to hire KPIs
  • Along with the wider HR team, driving the ongoing development and improvement of our knowledge bases to support the development of shared services.

About You

  • Demonstrated high volume end to end recruitment experience across a diverse range of IT roles and functions
  • Experience of a wide range of sourcing and recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing methodologies, social media channels and the use of agencies.
  • Proven project management, recruiting and stakeholder management experience, preferably from a high-volume in-house background in a matrixed global organisation with varied cultural perspectives.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the value of the candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Effective communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong relevant technology experience and capability (Workday)
  • A customer-first mindset to fit with our "forever caring" brand: seeking to understand and adapting to the needs of each.
  • Ability to prioritise and navigate a variety of talent acquisition activity
