Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision, aligning with business goals and player expectations.

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and player engagement.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze player behavior to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of features.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful product launches.

• User Experience: Champion user-centric design, ensuring products meet and exceed player expectations for usability and enjoyment.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and player feedback to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing product performance.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.

• Passion for Gaming: A deep love for and understanding of the gaming industry, its trends, and player preferences.

• Proven Product Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and launching products, preferably in the gaming or technology sector.

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans that drive results.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to changes and challenges.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, able to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.

• Technical Acumen: Understanding of game development processes and technology is a plus.
